6. Vehicle Charges are inclusive of all toll taxes / parking and driver allowance
7. Coach transfers, excursions, sightseeing and surface transportation as mentioned in the itinerary

9. Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
10. Charges for heater during winter season will be extra and as per hotel to hotel basis
11. Vehicle AC will not be operational on the Hills

Extra Adult/Child Policy

1. Extra cost for adult will be 90% of the package cost (with extra bed)
2. Child below 5 years will be complimentary (without extra bed)
3. All rates are with hotel base or standard rooms. Higher room categories will attract extra charges
