Arrive at Cochin airport / railway station drive to Munnar, it is essentially a tea town - miles of unending tea plantation can be seen here. En-route visit Cheeyappara Waterfalls, Valara Waterfalls and Karadipara View Point.

Day 02: Munnar Local Sightseeing

Day 04: Munnar to Kumarakom (160 kms / 04 hrs)
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Kumarakom, on arrival check-in to hotel. Evening at leisure.

Day 05: Kumarakom to Poovar Island (200 kms / 04 hrs)
After breakfast proceed to Poovar Island. Unspoilt and unexplored, enveloped by the most serene backwaters, and opening out to the Arabian Sea and a dream golden sand beach, Poovar Island Resort is truly a window into paradise. Built on 25 acres of lush green coconut gardens alongside the beach, the resort currently comprises of elegant land based superior rooms, built around the swimming pool on a natural lily pond and is unique in India for the floating cottages and villas which are afloat on the backwaters and face the sea.
