Day 01: Arrival in Nairobi

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Int'l Airport, you will proceed to clear with immigration and custom formalities. Thereafter, you will be met by a representative then transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day is spent at leisure.

Day 02: Nairobi to Aberdare National Park

After breakfast you will drive to the Aberdare region, a beautiful mountain range in the central highlands of Kenya. Lunch at Aberdare Country Club which serves as the base hotel. In the Afternoon you will be transferred to the Ark lodge, rest of the day and evening spent game viewing from the lodge precincts.

Day 03: Aberdare National Park to Mount Kenya

Drive to Mount Kenya via Nyeri route were by you will have an impressive view of Mt. Kenya landscapes. Mt. Kenya has major wildlife attractions in Kenya which include Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo, Sykes Monkeys, Albino Zebra, Antelope, Black and White Colobus, Black Rhino, Olive Baboon, Bush Pig and Hyena. Among birds Sunbirds, Hyrax and Eagles. Arrive for lunch the world-famous Mt. Kenya Safari Club founded by William Holden. On a clear day you will see the magnificent mountain in its full splendor. The club offers glorious views of the mountain and forest, delightful gardens, a 9-hole golf course and a splendid colonial-style ambience with roaring log fires. Afternoon at leisure with OPTIONAL excursions from the lodge (at extra cost).

Day 04: Mount Kenya to Lake Nakuru National Park

Drive via Nyahururu to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous as the home to thousands of lesser and greater flamingo. Lake Nakuru is one of the alkaline Rift Valley lakes and a fantastic bird sanctuary, its shores populated at times by more than one million flamingoes. The famous ornithologist Roger Tory Peterson defined it as "the greatest bird spectacle on earth”. Other wild animals found in this park include the Rhino, Lion, Cheetah and the most elusive of the cats, the Leopard.

Day 05: Lake Nakuru National Park to Masai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast, drive via Narok town to the Masai Mara Game Reserve a wildlife paradise offering a stark beauty of scenery. Maasai Mara has got over 450 species of birds. One has to explore the plains and rolling hills for a chance to spot the elephant, black-manned lion, leopard, buffalo, cheetah, and with diverse species of hoofed animals. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive until sunset.

Day 06: Masai Mara Game Reserve

Whole day spent game-viewing in the reserve. With morning and afternoon game drives.

Day 07: Departure from Masai Mara Game Reserve to Nairobi

Drive from Maasai Mara back to Nairobi, Kenya’s wonderful capital city, arriving in time for an Optional Lunch (additional cost) thereafter transfer to your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight home.
